The only currency I accept is USD

The only payment method I use is Paypal.

I will contact you to discuss the payment process. Please do not send anything without my confirmation.

Offers must be serious and fully committed to avoid wasting both of our time.

I will consider 24 hour holds for offers less than 100 USD and longer for offers above 100 USD.

Ghosting (intentionally ignoring my messages) will result in being blacklisted, blocked, and/or denied future holds and purchase of my designs.

If an emergency or situation arose, causing a misconception (e.g., power outage), kindly update me as soon as you can to sort things out.

I do not issue refunds or trade-backs. All transactions and trades are final once they've been made.

Upon purchase or trade, I almost always provide two versions: solid and transparent background.

If you are in possession of my design(s), self-made edits are okay, but please retain a resemblance to the original design.

After the exchange/purchase has been made, I will do up to 2 minor edits free of charge for up to 3 days, and 1 major edit for a fee for up to 1 day.

Unless I somehow lose access to all my design files, feel free to request them if you are the current owner (e.g., you lost the files that were given).

Designs may be retraded, regifted, or resold

If you are reselling a design, do not resell for higher than the amount you've paid for UNLESS you have additional artwork(s) or content that'd increase its value. Additional artworks include commissioned art or your own artwork, but not gifts or free content you've obtained from others. Please be accurate and fair to whomever you're reselling it to!

I keep a log of all purchases and exchanges made directly with me. If this is of relevance to you, feel free to contact me.

By obtaining one of my designs, you acknowledge that I am the original creator and that I will be properly credited where its due. You do not have to mention me in every post or drawing made of the character.

Commercial rights are included when purchasing my designs. Again, all I ask for is proper crediting as the designer and artist for the artwork(s) of the character that were drawn by me.

I retain the right to use the artwork(s) I've created of the design for my portfolio and commission examples. The current owner will be properly tagged and/or mentioned in any posts that're created.

Once you are in possession of the design, you retain full ownership of it and are allowed to do what you want with it.

I am not allowed to use any additional artworks made of it that are not my own, claim ownership of it, and I cannot reclaim the design from you unwarranted.

I have the right to revoke design rights if the opposite party is identified as a sex offender, abuser, or anything of similar nature. I do not feel comfortable with someone owning a design of mine when they fall under this category.
